Meet the YPT Staff
Deborah L. Snyder, PT
Practice Owner
“I had several surgeries as a kid due to complications from a birth defect, and I have been through several bouts of therapy. I remember having to learn to walk again after back surgery. Even as young as I was, I remember that it hurt – but “some nice lady” helped me to move better. I feel like my personal medical experiences led me in the direction that I have gone. Once you realize how your life was changed by something you just want to share that with others. Therapy made a big difference for me personally. Helping people and getting joy from helping is something that seems to come easy to me. I enjoy building the relationships and watching someone start to feel more like themselves.
“When people are in my clinic, I want them to feel comfortable enough to be themselves, I want them to feel cared for and I want them to recognize the potential they have. I also want them to recognize their positive results. I want to have a positive impact (improved quality of life and with regard to our relationship with them) on the lives of my patients so they can go out and have a positive impact on someone else.”
